BRF Brasil Foods

It seems that the Brazilian market regulator, the Cade, is now making things awfully difficult for BRF Brasil Foods as it appears that it requires the group to get rid of one of the two umbrella brands - which sounds like an absurd requirement for such a global business with a long history of operational & marketing investments across the globe. BRF is also a very complex but profitable business, so the stakes are high.
